Taiwan Trip Day 5 - Elephant Mountain, Xinyi, and Raohe St. Night Market (Saturday, April 20th, 2019)
We woke up relatively early again today to go to Fuhang Soy Milk again for fresh breakfast. Joanne and I got there just before 7:00 am and the line has wrapped around the block but was moving at a steady pace thanks to the efficiency of the store. After eating breakfast at home, we headed out to Xiangshan (Elephant Mountain) just before 8:30 am.

After hiking down from Xiangshan, we made a reservation at the buffet restaurant "Latest Recipe" at the Le Meridien Hotel in the Xinyi District. Before we meet up with the moms for lunch at Le Meriden, we decided to take a short tea break at WuPaoChun bakery and get our daily Ice Monster at the Xinyi shopping district.

After enjoying our lunch at the Le Meridien, we did a bit of shopping at Xinyi. Before we headed back to the apartment, we made another stop at another boba tea place along Zhongxiao East Road.

After resting at the apartment for a bit, we headed out to the Raohe Street Night Market, located at Songshan, the last stop of the east bound green line.

After strolling around the night market for about 2 hours, it started pouring. We did not have umbrellas with us. We rushed to get back on the green line and walked home in the rain and called it a night.
