Tioga Pass - Getting close to The California Glacier

The Tioga Pass or California State Route 120, is a mountainous pass that connects the valley floor of Yosemite National Park to the eastern entrance of the Yosemite National Park from Inyo National Forest and SR 395.

This pass is passable only during the summer season and not plowed during the winter season. We visited this high pass in summer of 2017 and there was snow covering the ground well into August.
